FOCUS is a culture and art project was held for the first time from the 1st – 14th June 2009 in the voltahalle Basel.
It offered a platform for contemporary art with an emphasis on Africa during the Art 40 Basel - the world's biggest art fair.
FOCUS09consisted of two main events (workshop and exhibition) and a variety of side-events.
